Following the introduction of new mandatory guidelines for the
Public sector on Diversity Recruitment, there is a need for
employers to access qualified candidates who are representative
of the diversity of the UK workforce.
The Charity Search Jobsite system now provides a significant
enhancement to our job description view and application process
made via a mobile device. With the continued aggressive growth
of the use of mobile devices to search and apply for jobs, we
have introduced a mobile responsive review and apply process.
Whilst considerable progress has been made in redressing the
imbalance between employment levels amongst minority groups,
much work remains to be done. The Equality Act legislation and
diversity policies have been developed to tackle this
‘employment gap’ and encourage employers.
